Senior Account Executive
At Sand to Green, we are a French-Moroccan company scaling regenerative agriculture with cutting-edge technology. Our innovative SaaS platform enables large organizations to transition their agricultural value chains into resilient, nature-positive, and sustainable models. We combine environmental data, agronomic intelligence, and field modeling to help our clients meet their climate, biodiversity, and sourcing goals. With a strong foundation in both technology and in-house agronomic expertise, we already work with key players (corporates, consultancies, and impact funds), and the ,software is in production with active clients.
Now, we're ready to scale.
Your mission:
- You’ll lead the growth of our climate SaaS offer through an Account-Based Sales (ABS) strategy: precise targeting, strategic relationships, and long sales cycles.
- You will be instrumental in nurturing our most strategic opportunities, collaborating closely with the CEO and product team.
Your responsibilities:
- Own and execute our account-based sales strategy: identify key accounts, build custom strategies, and engage multiple stakeholders
- Manage the full SaaS sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing
- Convert early clients into strong use-case references
- Build and structure the sales foundation: implement CRM (HubSpot), sales sequences, pricing models, playbooks, and dashboards
- Collaborate with Product, Tech & R&D to align go-to-market strategy with product evolution
- Feed market insights into our positioning and segmentation.
Who we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with proven track record in complex, consultative deals.
- Experience with account-based strategies and multi-stakeholder cycles.
- Familiar with agriculture, climate tech, ESG, supply chain, or similar sectors.
- Comfortable working in early-stage or scale-up environments.
- Hands-on and capable of closing: you love owning the endzone
- Adaptable, analytical, and fluent communicator (French & English required)
- Remote-friendly mindset — work from anywhere.
