Alina, who comes from the field of translation, turned to programming languages. A passionate self-taught person, she quickly specialized in creating web apps.

Hamza Khassali, PhD in Soil Microbiology, specializes in enhancing plant resilience through soil-plant-microbe interactions. With global experience in land rehabilitation, he now leads R&D at Sand to Green, leveraging soil microbiota to improve plant growth and stress tolerance in arid regions.
Wissal, CSO & Cofounder

With expertise in agro-food engineering and innovation management, Wissal leads efforts at Sand to Green to restore soil health, boost biodiversity, and balance sustainability with economic growth. Passionate about combating desertification, she develops solutions that restore nature and support communities.
Louis-Marie, CTO

Louis-Marie studied at ESCP Europe before specializing in software engineering. As the technical architect of Sand to Green's software, he combines his expertise in backend development and strategy. His work is pivotal in creating a platform that integrates agronomic knowledge and ecological monitoring, enabling regenerative agriculture projects to scale.
Alexandre, Right Arm CFO

With a Master’s in Business Law and a Diploma from ESCP, Alexandre oversees legal and financial affairs at Sand to Green. He manages client projects and helps develop carbon methodologies, ensuring environmental and financial sustainability.
Constance, CPO

With 10 years in tech and product management at HubSpot and startups, Constance combines data-driven expertise with hands-on experience in wildlife rehabilitation. Passionate about combating climate change, she creates innovative solutions that deliver value and drive environmental impact.

With a Bachelor's in Geography and Communications from McGill University, he has over four years of sales experience, including three years in Agri-tech solutions in Montreal. Elliot excels at integrating regenerative agriculture into value chains, driving the transition towards more sustainable agriculture.

Said Oulkissane is an environmental engineer with over 10 years' experience, both in Morocco and in Central African countries. Specialized in the management and implementation of agricultural development, green spaces and desalination projects, he has also contributed to sustainable energy initiatives, always with a view to optimizing natural resources and environmental sustainability.
