A coalition of partners, led by the CGIAR Accelerate for Impact Platform and the start-up Sand to Green, unveiled a Desertification Fresk at the World Food Forum held in Rome from October 16 to 20, 2023. This initiative aims to raise public awareness of the crucial issues of desertification and drought.
The workshop has become the reference tool that allows individuals and organizations to take ownership of the challenges of desertification and drought.
The desertification collage is a fun, educational, positive workshop in the form of a card game that mobilizes collective intelligence to raise participants' awareness of the fight against desertification, drought and land degradation.
It is relevant for all audiences, students, businesses, organizations, communities, and lasts 2h30 on average.
